NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Nomination is free. Being a Haus customer does not affect eligibility or scoring. This is a contest of skill: honorees are selected by judged merit against the published criteria below. Void where prohibited.
The Top Marketers of 2026 program (the "Program") is sponsored by Haus Analytics Inc., ("Haus" or "Sponsor"). The Program is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any other company named in nominations or event venues.
Nominations open 8/14/2026 at 9am PT and close 9/15/2026 at 11:59 PT. Judging occurs between 9/15/2026 and 10/1/2026. Honorees are announced in October 2026 via the OpenHaus podcast and Haus channels.
To be eligible, a nominee must, as of the close of nominations:
Employees, contractors, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, the judges, employees of any judge's employer, and the immediate family or household members of any of the foregoing are not eligible. Sponsor may require proof of eligibility at any time.
Nominations may be submitted two ways: (a) internal nomination by Haus teams of Haus customers ("Track 1"); or (b) self- or peer-nomination by anyone via the nomination form at https://www.haus.io/top-marketers ("Track 2"). All nominees, regardless of track, are evaluated on the same scorecard described in Section 5. There is no fee, and no purchase or business relationship with Sponsor is required or considered. Multiple independent nominations of the same person are permitted. Nominations are subject to the Program privacy notice at www.haus.io/legal/top-marketers-of-2026-nomination-privacy-notice.
All nominees are scored by the judging panel — [Olivia Kory, CMO, Haus; Connor Dault, CMO, Superpower; Christopher Lee, CMO XBOX — on a uniform scorecard, with each criterion scored 1–5:
Nominees are ranked by total score. Enterprise/Core designations and featured-category labels are applied after ranking, as presentation only — they are not quotas or gates. Any tie is resolved by the judges re-scoring the tied nominees on proof strength; no element of chance is used at any stage. The judges' decisions are final and binding. Completed score sheets are retained by Sponsor.
By submitting or accepting a nomination, nominees represent that the information provided is accurate, that they have the right to share the cited accomplishment, and that the nomination does not disclose any employer's confidential information. Sponsor may request supporting materials and may disqualify any nomination that is inaccurate, misleading, ineligible, or submitted in violation of these rules.
The award is recognition: placement on the published Top Marketers of 2026 list and feature in a special edition of the OpenHaus podcast (together, the "Recognition"). The top 10 ranked nominees are the Program's honorees ("Honorees"). The Recognition has no monetary value, no cash alternative, and is not transferable. If an Honoree is disqualified or found ineligible, Sponsor may substitute the next-ranked nominee.
Separately from the Recognition, Sponsor will invite Honorees to participate in Haus' Customer Advisory Board event in Pebble Beach, California in early 2027 (the "Event") as contributing participants, with a working role on the Event agenda — session participation and a panel, interview, or similar contribution. As with other speakers and invited participants at Sponsor-hosted business events, Sponsor covers invited participants' reasonable round-trip domestic economy airfare, lodging for Event nights, and meals on Event days. Companion travel, additional nights, and optional recreational activities are not covered and are available at the participant's own expense where applicable. The Event invitation is personal to the Honoree, is not transferable, and has no cash alternative. Declining the Event invitation does not affect an Honoree's placement on the list or feature in the episode.
Event participation is conditioned on: (a) execution of the Program consent and publicity release; (b) the Honoree's written confirmation that participation, including Sponsor's coverage of travel costs, is permitted by their employer's applicable policies; and (c) completion of any documentation Sponsor reasonably requires. To the extent any amount received in connection with the Program constitutes taxable income to an Honoree under applicable law, the Honoree is responsible for associated taxes, and Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 where required. Non-customer Honorees will be informed before accepting that a portion of the Event is reserved for Haus customers. If an Honoree declines the invitation or does not satisfy these conditions within 14 days of notification, the Event invitation lapses; Sponsor may, at its discretion, extend an Event invitation to the next-ranked nominee.
Sponsor may defer a nominee's Recognition to a future edition, or extend Recognition without an Event invitation, where participation could create an actual or apparent conflict of interest — including where the nominee's employer is engaged in active procurement, contract negotiation, or a request-for-proposal process with Sponsor. Deferral for this reason is not a reflection on the nominee's merit.
Sponsor will contact shortlisted nominees before naming them publicly. No nominee will be publicly identified as a shortlisted nominee or Honoree without their consent. Honorees' names, likenesses, titles, and company names (company names for identification only) may be used in Program content as set out in the publicity and consent release.
Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Program if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs its integrity, and will judge all eligible nominations received. To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating, nominees and Honorees release Sponsor and its officers, directors, and employees from claims arising out of participation in the Program or the Event, and Sponsor's total liability is limited to the Event participation costs described in Section 8. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law principles, and disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
