2. Prohibited Actions

Customer shall not (and shall not authorize, encourage, or cooperate with any third party to):

  1. Bypass interfaces or misuse access – Access or use any Service by means other than those provided or authorized by Haus.
  2. Violate law or rights – Use any Service in violation of applicable law or in a way that infringes Haus’ or any third party’s intellectual-property, proprietary, contractual, or property rights.
  3. Copy or modify software – Reproduce, adapt, translate, port, or create derivative works of any portion of a Service except as expressly permitted by the Agreement or law.

  5. Reverse engineer – Decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive or study the source code, algorithms, or internal structure of the Services.
  6. Tamper with technical controls – Remove, disable, or circumvent any technical protection used to monitor, control, or secure the Services or Haus’s intellectual property.
  7. Probe or breach security – Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any Service, or bypass or attempt to circumvent authentication or other security measures.
  8. Circumvent usage limits – Evade or interfere with license, capacity, user, timing, or use restrictions, or any Haus audit or tracking mechanism.
  9. Remove notices – Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, confidentiality, or other proprietary notice on any Service or Documentation.
  10. Unbundle components – Use component parts of any Service separately unless expressly permitted in writing.
  11. Interfere or disrupt – Use any means (including third-party tools or automation) that disables, burdens, or disrupts any Service, system, or network.
  12. Introduce malicious code – Knowingly transmit viruses, worms, malware, or other harmful code.
  13. Use for competitive purposes – Use the Services or Haus Data to create, train, test, benchmark, or improve a competing product or service, or to gain a competitive advantage.
  14. Automate or scrape data – Pre-fetch, cache, index, extract, or store data derived from the Services, or use automated tools such as crawlers, bots, spiders, or scrapers, except via authorized APIs.
  15. API terms – Access or use any Haus API except under separate API Terms provided when accessing the API.

3. Content Standards

You are responsible for all data and content transmitted through the Services and must not upload or share material that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.

4. Security & Enforcement

Haus may monitor use for compliance and security purposes. If Haus reasonably believes your use violates this AUP or poses a risk to the Services or others, Haus may suspend or terminate access.

5. Reporting Violations

Report suspected violations to security@hausanalytics.com. Haus reviews all reports promptly.

6. Changes

Haus may update this AUP from time to time. The current version will be posted at https://haus.io/legal/acceptable-use-policy. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
