Top Marketers of 2026 — Nomination Privacy Notice

Effective date:
August 14, 2026
Last updated date:

This notice explains how [Haus Analytics Inc.] ("Haus") handles personal information submitted through the Top Marketers of 2026 nomination form. It supplements the Haus Privacy Policy at haus.io/legal/privacy-policy.

What we collect

From nominators: name and contact information. About nominees: name, company, role, the accomplishment described in the nomination, and any link provided. If you nominate someone else, please only share professional information you have the right to share.

How we use it

To administer the program: eligibility screening, judging, contacting shortlisted nominees, and announcing consenting honorees. Nomination information is shared with the judging panel and the service providers who host our form and manage submissions, and is not sold.

If you were nominated by someone else

We will contact you only if you are shortlisted or selected, and we will not name you publicly without your consent. We do not use peer-nominated individuals' contact information for marketing without their separate consent.

Retention

Nomination records for non-honorees are deleted or anonymized within 12 months after winners are announced, unless you separately consent to hear about future editions. Honoree records are kept as needed for the program, tax, and legal requirements. Judges' score sheets are retained as program records.

Your choices

To access, correct, or delete your information, or to ask questions about this notice, contact privacy@haus.io. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA, described in the Haus Privacy Policy.
